Introduction

Welcome to Cludz ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our cloud services, including file storage, virtual machines, API services, and related features (collectively, the "Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

User Obligations

By using our Services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Not use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Indonesian law
• Not upload, store, or transmit content that violates intellectual property rights or contains malicious software
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including Indonesian Government Regulations

Service Availability & SLA

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services:

• Target uptime of 90% or higher for all services
• Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible
• We are not liable for interruptions due to force majeure, including natural disasters, government actions, or network issues beyond our control
• Service Level Agreements (SLAs) may vary based on subscription tier

Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of their uploaded content. However:

• Cludz retains all rights to the platform, software, and underlying technology
• Users grant Cludz a limited license to process and store their content as necessary to provide the Services
• Users must not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without permission

Payment & Refund Policy

For paid Services:

• Payments are processed through secure payment gateways in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
• Subscriptions are billed according to the selected billing cycle
• Refunds may be requested within 7 days of purchase for unused services, subject to review
• Accounts with outstanding payments may be suspended or terminated

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to use our Services for any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using the service in a way that may damage Cludz services
• Using the service for illegal purposes
• Using the service for purposes that violate applicable laws or regulations
• Using the service as a means to conduct illegal activities, spread viruses or malware, express hatred towards ethnicity, religion, race, and inter-ethnic groups (SARA), or disseminate information that does not comply with applicable laws or regulations
• Using the service for illegal activities such as botnets, seeding/leeching torrents, or other illegal activities that disrupt the order of Cludz services

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You violate these Terms or any applicable laws
• Your account is used for fraudulent or illegal activities
• You fail to pay for Services within the specified period
• Required by law or government order

Upon termination, your data will be retained for a period as required by Indonesian regulations, after which it will be securely deleted.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will notify users via email or through the platform
• Continued use of Services after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms
• Material changes will be announced at least 30 days before taking effect
